In September 2014 I was flown from Dublin to Portland Oregon to work for a week with a friend/client [NLV Business Success Catalyst] on strategising her new online business.

She knew the business she wanted to create but was stuck and overwhelmed by all her ideas

I worked with her using my 4 M strategic planning process.

She was delighted with the results and says she feels calmer and more focused on both the big picture of her business as well as the grains of sand actions that need to be done

We looked at the Mega, Macro, Meta and Micro elements of her business strategy.

I am particularly interested in working with solopreneurs on creating their 4M’s over a 2 day intensive.

I can also use the 4M process in communities and with organisations.

I currently charge 950 dollars for the 2 day intensive [that’s one to one and not in a group] that is totally focused on you and your enterprise.
